Working with digital brands, start-ups, media engagement, and broadcast consultancy companies including RAIN News USA; Soundmite™ United Kingdom; Active Booth™ USA; Dave Charles MRi Media Results® and SmartTones Media Toronto Canada; and with media, music, entertainment groups worldwide.
An internationally experienced Group Brand & Content Director, and the former VP Affiliate Relations LDR Listener Driven Radio®; and OM / Mec Networks for McVay Media in San Diego. Lee established LDR's first international major group affiliations including VIRGIN ITALY, RADIO 105 Italy/Gruppo Finelco, and Radio Monte Carlo, Kagiso Media/South Africa, and Evanov/Canada.
Group Program Director of The Wireless Group (TWG Ltd); at the time the UK's fourth largest commercial network, developing and re-launching FM and AM stations across England, Scotland, and Wales.
Launched and programmed new brands including WAVE 105.2 & 105.8 FM, the UK's first major regional FM covering the South of England, which continues to commercially dominate the region today; DEE 106.3FM Cheshire UK, NEW-FM Newcastle Australia, and LIVE 105 Halifax Canada.
Managed team and talent development, group station license applications, operations, audience analysis for major broadcast groups, radio research, and station strategy and development under the UK's Radio Authority/OFCOM commercial radio licensing schedule.

Current work focuses strongly on business development with digital engagement applications and start-ups that serve fans, brands, and consumers in fresh and exciting ways across the full music, entertainment, sport and media spectrum.

Creative Concept

Creating relevant content, strategy, and tactics that effectively connect the brand message and product with the client's core consumers. Key in reinforcing development paths, and establishing brand growth, pivots, and new opportunity.

Design & Team

Lee Cornell Media identifies the talent and the content that can deliver unique and targeted visualisation and voice, across the right platforms. This effectively realises core brand propositions, and the messages that will resonate in market.

Business Focus

Identifying the right partnerships and business relationships that will complement the product in a broadly competitive and fast-moving environment. Essential for growth in achieving "best in brand" category success and scale in today's marketplace.

People Are Everything

I work closely with key partner companies focused on mobile-first and fan engagement in the digital space, with particular emphasis on media, music, sport, and user generated content.
